Workflow Automation & Data Integration
n8n, Make, and Zapier automations — plus real AI integration — for companies that are still copying data between systems by hand. Fixed-price projects. No hourly surprises.

Every new automation adds to the bill. You're paying per task, not per value delivered.
An automation stopped working and nobody noticed until a client complained.
Customer data flowing through third-party US SaaS you didn't explicitly approve.
Most automation problems can be solved with any of these. The right choice depends on your data, your volume, and your budget.
Visual and powerful. Better than Zapier for complex branching logic. Still SaaS, but significantly cheaper and more capable. Good fit when the team wants a visual interface and data residency isn't a constraint.
Self-hosted. Your data stays in your infrastructure. No per-task pricing — cost is flat regardless of how many automations you run. Workflows live in your repo like real code. Best fit for companies with compliance requirements or serious automation volume.
The most recognized name. Fine for simple, low-volume workflows. If you're already on it and it works, we can optimize what you have. Not the recommendation when you're growing fast or running sensitive data through it.
For complex infrastructure or high-security requirements, we also build native integrations using MuleSoft, Python, Java, and AWS.
Most companies want AI in their workflows. Very few have the plumbing to make it work reliably. Connecting an LLM to a real business system — with error handling, data validation, and something that doesn't hallucinate your customer records — is an integration job. Not a prompt engineering job.
OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or local models via Ollama connected to your existing systems. Structured outputs. Retry logic. Cost controls. Not a demo — a production integration.
Autonomous workflows that reason and act: classify inbound data, draft responses, route decisions, summarize documents — triggered by real events in your systems, not by a chat window.
Your internal documents, policies, and knowledge bases made queryable. Built on your infrastructure. Your data doesn't leave to train someone else's model.
Invoices, contracts, emails, PDFs. Unstructured inputs turned into structured records and routed into the right system — without a human reading each one.
"Most AI integration projects fail at the seams — the part between the model and the real system. That's where 15 years of integration architecture actually matters."
Ugo Guazelli — Veridata Pro"Veridata Pro automated our entire reporting process. Our team now saves 15 hours a week."
"The fixed-price model gave us confidence. Implementation was smooth and the results were immediate."
"Finally, a no-nonsense automation partner. Ugo understood our needs from day one."
The tools and platforms we integrate with daily to build your custom workflows.
Every project is scoped before it starts. You know the price before you commit.
2–4 automations connecting standard tools. Ideal for the first workflow you want to get off the ground.
5–15 automations with custom logic, multiple systems, and n8n self-hosted setup if needed.
For companies that want the automations to keep evolving as the business does. New workflows, changes, fixes — covered under the monthly engagement.
For high-volume operations, complex infrastructure (Python, Java, MuleSoft, AWS), or specialized security requirements, we offer custom tailored solutions.

Now focused on workflow automation and AI integration for growing companies — the same architecture thinking, applied to tools like n8n, Make, and Zapier.
LinkedInNo. If n8n is the right tool for your project, the setup is included in the project scope. You get a working system, not just a design.
Zapier is fine for simple, low-volume workflows. The problem is the pricing model — you pay per task, so costs grow every time your business grows. n8n is self-hosted: flat cost, your data stays in your infrastructure, workflows live in your repo. For anything with compliance requirements or real volume, n8n is the better architecture.
Then we don't touch it. If it works and the cost is acceptable, there's no reason to migrate. We can optimize what you have, add workflows, or handle the parts Zapier can't.
Both options are available. Most clients start with a fixed project to solve the immediate problem. The retainer is for companies that want the automations to keep evolving — new workflows, changes, fixes — without scoping a new project every time.
Starter projects typically deliver in 5–7 days. Growth projects in 2–3 weeks depending on complexity. Timeline is always confirmed before the project starts.
Sometimes — but usually the more valuable work is upstream. A chatbot that answers questions is only as good as the pipeline behind it: where does it get the data, how is it kept current, what happens when it doesn't know. We build the full integration, not just the chat interface.
OpenAI (GPT-4o), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and local models via Ollama for clients with data residency requirements. The model choice depends on your use case, latency tolerance, and whether your data can leave your infrastructure.
